This weight bench was fairly easy to put together. The instructions did not have much instructions but more ikea type pictures that you had to decipher. This bench is is solid and sturdy made with a metal frame. There's plastic covers where the frame meets the floor to prevent damage to the floor as well as preventing excess moving while using it. It's easy to adjust the slope of the back of the bench to lay it flat or have it at an incline or decline. There's 2 extra locking mechanisms to prevent it from accidentally folding down. I remove those when I need to collapse the bench down to make it easier to store when not in use.

Very happy with this bench. It’s my THIRD one. I have another that is so heavy to drag around that I only use it on leg days for leg extensions & lying leg curls as it came with my Ft2 inspire functional trainer. The second bench I got off Amazon requires you to unscrew the pin to adjust the back. Not good for arthritic fingers. But this one is perfect for us. Easy to move, takes a second to adjust height, well made (in this price range). Almost all of these benches have a gap between the seat and back but I put a rolled up towel or baby blanket in the separation. Works fine. Hubby put it together in 15 minutes. Works for him, too. For reference I’m 5’5” 120 lbs and he’s 5’10 185 lbs.

Solid, easy to build and use. My only issue is the round soft foam, they ripped and fell apart after using it for only a week. They are not durable. But the rest of the bench is heavy duty and well built. Will recommend to anyone.

First, this is a good simple bench. Once assembled it feels sturdy and stable. I did some cheat fly presses, and some crunches with the adjustabke padded back in the low positions.Assembly instructions are unclear in the provided paper booklet. Watch the video on the product page for how to do it. I put pictures in this review showing where the bolts and pins go.I'm 5 foot 9, and the pads behind the knees (for doing sit-ups / crunches) was a little uncomfortable, if you're any taller than this it might be fine. I put a little towel over the black padding for extra comfort and it was fine.It folds nicely to put away, but you have to make sure to not lose the removable pins, there isn't a hook to hang them so I just inserted them back into the holes with the bench folded. It would be nice to have a storage hook but not a big deal.Overall, this is a good bench to have as part of your home / garage gym. It's comfortable and sturdy.

Besser wie erwartet. Es erfordert nur etwas Übung in der Höchsten Stellung Pickups zu machen. bis 35grad aber gut möglich. Bei 45grad hinter der Bank stehend sind auch Rückenstrecker möglich.Sehr leicht und komfortabel zu verstellen.Die Fußpolster könnten weiter auseinander sein. Die lasen sich nicht verstellen. Ich bin 1,83 bei 90 Kg

*+ points:*sturdy frame that won't wobble even with a 130kg man with bar and heavy weights. This is the most important feature for peace of mind.Two very good selection pins to find the right back rest and seat levels. Quick to modify theie levels and also very sturdy, so won't suddenly fall out in the middle of a heavy exercise.The four floor support rests have good hard/softness that make them sturdy and won't wear out in the short term.The base that everything is built on is excellent, giving the whole bench a feeling of strength which is so important when working with heavy weights, and the main reason that I bought this bench in the first place.*So-so points:*The adding of two leg rests for doing abdominal workouts is very good. A useful feature, but the distance between the one leg rest that fits under the knee to the other leg rest that sits on top of your foot is too short, so anybody that is over 1 meter 50 might have problems fitting the legs inside, or through, them.I measure 2m 05, so I couldn't use these footrest bars and therefore had to attach the bar that fits on top of the foot in an unconventional way in order to use this feature. It is a shame to have to make a 'bodge' on what would otherwise be an excellent workout bench. This doesn't detract from the five star rating, as this is truly a very good piece of gear for my home gym. I thoroughly recommend it.The bench is very good but aesthetically, the logo on the backrest is slightly 'in ya face', so I've coloured it in with a black felt tip pen which makes it slightly less visible. This makes no difference to the functionality of the very good bench.

Glad I spent a little extra money for this upgrade. It’s super sturdy and easy to adjust.

It’s an exceptionally good-quality product for the price. It’s very stable, and the incline is easy to adjust. I’m totally satisfied with it.

A genuinely solid piece of kit, good all round budget FID bench.Assembly was quick and easy resulting in a solid finish. Good adjustability, padding is comfortable and the vinyl although not premium is decent and easily wiped clean.Very pleased with the purchase, great value.

I wish I ordered this weight bench a while back. I use it daily to supplement my running. A perfect gift for my health and fitness. It is worth every $. I had no issues assembling it. Highly recommended.

This is a good all round bench. Assembly is quick and simple. The padding is thick and easy to clean. The position are probably more than I need but easy to adjust. The only minor down sides are, it could do with the base being slightly wider as you do get minor wobble, the padded leg rest move around a little, I don't want to overdo tighten them and damage he frame - might add a thin square of rubber to create some friction. Over all, a good purchase.

The weight bench is really sturdy and well manufactured. There could be a couple of screws in better places for mounting it, but it is just a one off.

Super bit of kit, the main body is extremely strong box section with impressive wielding, the wheel & handle parts are also really nice strong box section. Lifting up from the handle allows the super smooth wheels to contact the floor for easy manoeuvrability. The seat & back support are easily bolted on & are supper comfortable with a good 40mm of foam & are wrapped in really strong wipe clean vinyl.The adjustability of the seat & back rest are as simple as pulling out the hardened steel pin and positioning to the desired angle & reinstalling the pin.This bench is built for a dedicated home gym so there’s no folding it up to store it.I think this bench is awesome value for money after all it is the work horse of a good gym set up, I’m really happy with my choice.

Solid, gym quality board. Good welds. One small drawback is that the allen wrench and wrench provided were very cheap. This lead to the screws stripping, and the allen wrench itself stripping, with a minimal amount of torque. I wish they spent an extra few cents for better quality tools. Overall though, I’m satisfied with my purchase. It’s quality for the price, it’s very sturdy, light enough to move, and easy to use. The padding is what you would expect, but it is gym quality. I would not expect it to rip or tear.

Les roues sont par contre très pratiques pour déplacer le banc...!
