Overall pleased with this, seems quite sturdy, and design decisions are reasonable (e.g. degrees of in/declination, proportions etc).It attempts to allow quite a few different exercises, but of course for this price you wouldn't expect it to be a truly ubiquitous machine - for example the leg presses can't be done very well because the lowest point of the press is not as low as needed, but this is still better than nothing and what is expected at this price.Bicep curl cushion bigger than other brands I saw, but still should be a bit bigger.I've tried to use it for back exercises (e.g. Roman chair) but didn't manage, I think the design should be adjusted to allow for this. Again, not really expected from this machine anyway, at this price, and no design can fulfill every possible exercise. Still, if that would be possible with minor design adjustments that'd be amazing and add a lot of value.I like the customization and adjustment options of the different heights/angles etc. Good choice to suit most bodies.Super easy to build.I haven't tried moving it around but certainly it's a big plus that it can fold to save space.I had a small issue with the machine (100% resolved now) but customer support has been absolutely fantastic.Overall, this is not a premium machine, but it offers excellent value for money and it is great for what you pay.

This bench is EXCELLENT. I spent quite a bit of time researching as some of the benches listed on Amazon are really poor quality. This one is the opposite. It is very sturdy, and doesn’t wobble when you’re using it. The bar to position the back rest located in the ratchet teeth that hold its position and it does not move. I’ve heard horror stories about the back rest suddenly slipping out of place. I’m confident that this one will not do that. The preacher pad is great too - nice and secure, and you can alter the height. The one downside is the leg curl function - as other people have mentioned it is quite close to the floor so you need to load your weight plates unintuitively - starting with the smaller weights closest to the machine, then loading the heavier plates with greater diameter. For the price I don’t think you can get better on Amazon. It was very easy to assemble as well - I’d assumed it would come in lots of parts but actually there were only a couple of things I needed to do, so I had it fully assembled and working in about ten minutes. Highly recommend this bench!

Great quality product. Super happy with the purchase of this to use with my weight set. I accidently lost the manual. I asked the supplier for one, not even a day goes by and it is offered. I missed the download period and no questions asked I was sent another after the link expired, not only that but I was also contacted to ensure everything was okay. If you have the room to store this exercise bench, you can buy it.Easy exercise before breakfast or going to work. This bench is adjustable to your size. I am a member at the gym where I could use all the benches I want but having your own is different, nobody else is using it and it is much better this way.

Good solid option for home workouts - well made and stable. It is exactly what I was looking for, and the ability to fold it up for storage is a definite bonus in my smallish space.

Bank ist im Grunde solide und auch einfach aufzubauen. Aber Vorsicht: Preacher Curl Pad ist hier mit 40cm angegeben. Tatsächliches Maß sind 35cm (von mir gemessen und auf der Homepage von Joroto selber nachgelesen). Daher 2 Sterne Abzug. Dadurch dass das Kissen so schmal ist, ist die Verletzungsgefahr beim Bizepstraining erhöht. Ich selber habe eine leichte Sehnenreizung dadurch bekommen, da meine Schultern sehr eng und unnatürlich positioniert waren. Für alles andere ist die Bank gut geeignet. Klar sie wackelt ein wenig aber was will man zu dem Preis verlangen? Wer eine richtig stabile Bank möchte, der sollte eher im Bereich von 300€ oder mehr gucken.Update 13.08.2026:Der Kundenservice hat sich mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt und wir konnten einen Weg finden wie wir das "Dilemma" des viel zu kleinen Curlkissen angehen können. Dafür gibt es einen Stern mehr für diesen sehr positiven Support.

Tiene un diseño muy bonito, se ve mejor acabado de lo que pensaba. Lo compramos para la família en general y sobretodo para trabajar la fuerza con las piernas por una lesión.La única pega que le veo ahora es que roza bastante la espuma que hay como protector para hacer fuerza con las piernas. O tienes que ir con pantalón largo, calcetines largos o quizás tendremos que poner algo encima.El vídeo que hay para montarlo nos servió de gran ayuda.
