Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (German Time / CET) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri). Please note: During major holidays or peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be longer due to warehouse and logistics closures.

Transit Time

Estimated delivery time after handling is 2–8 business days (Mon-Fri) depending on the shipping method selected.

Total Delivery Time

From order placement to delivery, the total delivery time is typically 2–8 business days.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs and taxes, including Customs Duties, are calculated at checkout. There are no hidden fees.

  • Within Germany: All products enjoy free shipping to your doorstep.
  • Other EU countries: Free shipping applies to all standard products (under 31kg). For heavier items (over 31kg), a shipping surcharge may be applied depending on the carrier and specific logistics required.

Shipping Areas & Restrictions

We deliver to most EU member states! Please note:

  • Due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Cyprus and Malta.
  • Some remote or low-volume regions may not be serviced. Delivery availability for these areas depends on the shipping carrier.

Supported EU countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Order Tracking

  • From our German warehouse: Tracking numbers are usually issued the same day the order is processed.
  • From Amazon FBA warehouses: Tracking numbers may be issued up to one week after shipment. In some cases, the package may be delivered before the tracking number is available.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use the tracking number to check your shipment status on 17track.net or directly on the logistics carrier's official tracking page.
