Manufacturer Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from the JOROTO official website or authorized retailers. By using your JOROTO product, you agree to be bound by these warranty terms.
What Is Covered
Under this Limited Warranty, JOROTO warrants that each product will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal household use, in accordance with our published product guidelines (manuals, safety instructions, and service notices).

- 365 Days — Other Parts and Components
Eligibility & Conditions
- Valid for the original purchaser only; non-transferable.
- Warranty void for commercial or shared-facility use.
- Product must be new, not used or refurbished.
- Claim requires a valid proof of purchase from an authorized channel.
- Photo or video evidence may be required to process a claim.
Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear (pads, grips, seats, covers, paint, finishes, etc.)
- Damage from misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or modification.
- Improper storage, maintenance, or operation outside normal conditions.
- Noises such as squeaks, thumps, or grinding from insufficient maintenance.
- Shipping, labor, or assembly costs related to warranty service.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your JOROTO product does not function as expected within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may repair or replace defective parts with new or refurbished components. All replacements continue the warranty from the original purchase date.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JOROTO shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. In any case, JOROTO’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Some regions do not allow limitation of damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
