Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped or produced. If cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility:
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • All products, including sale or discounted items, are eligible for returns.
Return Shipping & Fees:
  • Non-quality issues (customer reason): Customer is responsible for return shipping. A restocking fee of 20% of the product price applies.
  • Quality issues or our fault: JOROTO covers return shipping. No restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email support@jorotofitness.com with:

  • Order number
  • SKU(s) of the item(s) to return or exchange
  • Photo or video evidence if the item is defective

All returns must be shipped in their original packaging. JOROTO is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Processing Time:
  • PayPal: usually within 3 business days
  • Credit Card: 5–7 business days to appear on your statement

4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or model, we are happy to exchange it.

To request an exchange, email support@jorotofitness.com with your name, order number, and the item to exchange. We will ship the correct item as soon as possible.
