When we got it delivered the package was not damaged. Heavy but in good condition. It took my husband 30-45 mins to put it together by himself and he said it was pretty easy to do,

I was excited about the display and how it reads resistance and cadence. Where I placed the light is a dimly lit space and since there is no backlight o. The display it can be a little hard to read. But once you memorize what numbers go to what metric, you can get by. I am doing the hack and will say that the metrics aren’t in snatch with what they are calling out. Luckily I got the chance to go a class on a so knew what resistance should feel like vs what shows on the display. The bike is really quiet and I love how there is a place for your tablet.

The only setback is that I wish the handles came back a little more. I’m 5’ tall and if I could slide the handles back even a 1/4” I’d be more comfortable riding. I think if the knob to slide the bars back and forth was designed differently I’d be able to get the bars back to me further. Instead of a long lever like knob it should be a knob like the resistance knob so it’s not hitting the bike for full rotation when tightening down so it holds in place.

For hacks it would be amazing if this bike had a dumbbell rack or option to buy/add on to keep dumbbells nearby.

In all, it’s a really good purchase for its purpose. All the things that were setbacks are not things that would keep me from riding along with the Peloton app.

The bad:
After 5x 30 minute rides the pedal adjustment clip broke. Seems to be a pretty cheap thin metal. I reached out to Joroto, and the support went really well. This is actually why I'll keep a 5 star. The units are very hard to see. The numbers aren't clear, but the without a backlight or increased font, you can't read the letters for units well at all. Once you know what you care about, you can just remember what you are looking at.

The good:
The bike it pretty sturdy and quiet. I like to bike a 5 am before getting kids ready for school and going to work. This makes it easy to not wake anyone up. The tension is very fluid and you can easily dial in where you want the resistance. The biggest pro for me is showing watts. Many bikes at this price point don't include this measurement. For me this is the best measure of work being done with the variability of resistance and RPM.

Caution for Garmin Watches:
Your if you have a Garmin watch (other brands may do this too), it may try to auto connect to spd/cad sensor or HR broadcast. The Joroto monitor is not compatible with Garmin and will continuously crash. You will have to disable this on the watch to use the bike display.

The Joroto X2PRO Bluetooth Bike is a really nice bike. The ride experience is quiet and smooth, and the set up was easy. The monitor shows the resistance and gives you RPM which equates to cadence if you plan on using peloton classes. My hopes during my purchase is that I could use this bike, the monitor with information displayed in conjunction with the peloton app to complete the “peloton hack” and boy am I so happy I purchased this bike! I find that it is quite easy to keep up with instructors using the peloton app with the monitor included. I wish I could choose to toggle between RPM and speed to hold the setting to RPM but that’s a minor issue that I can easily move past. I also really like the tablet bracket, my iPad feels secure and doesn’t feel like it could fall out. The only other issue I’ve experienced is that the seat does appear a little crooked and not due to any installation error, it just appears I may have a faulty seat. (Photo included)

Overall, amazing quality bike! Very happy with my purchase!

We got this bike over Christmas and so far seems like a solid exercise bike. However, I wanted to share an honest review since I love honest reviews myself before buying a product. The seat sucks. I thought it was just me being a female but after husband and my oldest son tried it, they had complaints of the seat as well. It seriously feels like we've been punched down in the nether regions and can't handle being on it for long. And then the rest of the day feels like I went horseback riding. I mean the longest I've been able to hang on tight is 25 minutes before needing to get off. I ordered a new seat and patiently waiting for it's arrival. Hoping this well alleviate previous issues down yonder. So needless to say, I have not gotten back on the bike because I'm not torturing myself anymore until the new seat arrives.

I included photos with my hand next to the seat to give you an idea of the size of it. All that being said, order the bike and get a new seat!

Only had this bike for a couple weeks, but so far it's an excellent purchase. Easy assembly and straightforward directions. With the Kinomap app on the tablet and the bikes Bluetooth there's absolutely no difference in this and a peloton that I can tell (except I saved $1500). I've used the bike about 10 times and so far super smooth and quiet. Also requested a code for the 30 day kino app extension and so far customer service was quick and spot on. As of this writing, I have zero complaints and would recommend this bike over a peloton or other expensive substitute.

The bike is better than expected. It is well finished and uses heavier gauge steel than many, making it solid, sturdy, and quite heavy (a good thing). 80% pre built and easy to assemble the rest. A good buy.

The overall quality and custom service is super impressive. My only negative was the digital monitor. It is was very cheap with poor grafics, which hindered my riding experience quite a bit. So, after a few months I decided to email the company about my poor experience with the monitor and...the very next morning I received and email from their customer service representative apologizing!! They immediately mailed out a brand new highend bluetooth enabled digital monitor with all the data metrics need for a complete workout (old monitor on left, new monitor on right in photo). This gesture says alot about the company and their loyalty to their customers, which is not very common these days.

Overall fantastic bike! Very pleased!

Reliable home workout option

I wanted an indoor bike that felt stable, offered adjustable resistance, and could support a consistent weekly training schedule. The X2PRO meets those general needs with a substantial flywheel, a quiet belt drive, and a magnetic resistance system that is easy to control. The tablet holder is particularly useful when following video classes, and Bluetooth connectivity adds another layer of training flexibility. The seat and handlebars can be adjusted to improve the fit, although finding the right setup may take a little experimentation. Overall, it is a versatile piece of home fitness equipment for regular cardio sessions.

A good everyday exercise bike

The X2PRO is a practical choice for anyone building a home cycling routine. Its magnetic resistance and belt drive provide a smooth, quiet ride, while the adjustable seat and handlebars help accommodate different riding positions. The display is useful for monitoring basic performance data, and Bluetooth support adds compatibility with fitness apps. I would recommend checking the available floor space before assembly and taking time to adjust the bike properly before starting longer workouts.

Comfortable for longer rides

I mainly use the bike for steady rides of 30 to 45 minutes. The adjustable riding position helps me stay comfortable, and the resistance control gives me enough flexibility to vary the effort. I also use the tablet holder for guided workouts. The bike is fairly heavy, but the transport wheels make repositioning more manageable once it has been assembled.

A solid option for home cycling

The X2PRO has a substantial feel and stays steady during my usual workouts. The magnetic resistance changes smoothly, and the belt drive keeps noise low enough that I can listen to music without turning the volume up too much. Bluetooth pairing gives me another way to make sessions more engaging, while the tablet bracket keeps my device within easy view. Assembly takes some time, so I recommend checking the instructions and tightening each connection carefully before the first ride.
