We use it every day, sometimes even twice a day at the moment, for ten-minute periods. We reduced the amount of water to start with, using 23 liters instead of 28. We watch coaches on YouTube who give us instructions on how to do exercises without injuring ourselves. We are very satisfied. The only thing missing is the water treatment tablets.

No tenia experiencia en máquinas de remo y realicé la compra para poder trabajar el cardio y proteger articulaciones ya que he dejado de correr. Lo combino con bicicleta. La MR380 va muy bien, poco a poco voy cogiendo técnica para no acabar destrozado de la parte superior, y cada vez puedo aguantar más rato y trabajar cardio y subir pulsaciones. Tuve un pequeño problema para encajar unos tornillos en el montaje pero gracias al video vi que era posible. Inicialmente le puse 17 litros pero ahora he bajado a 14. Estoy aprovechando el mes gratis que Joroto me dio en Kinomap y me ha planteado una dula con los watios, ya que no consigo superar los 65 a ritmos de 2,15, pero realmente para el uso que le quiero dar me va perfecto, y es lo importante, de hecho la utilizan mi mujer y mi hija también. Esta muy bien de precio y incluye el monitor y el soporte para la tableta, en otras marcas tienes que comprarlo a parte.

ood morning, I am very happy with the Joroto 380 rower that I purchased. I find it well made in every part. If you need a suggestion, I would like the display to be self-illuminated since I use it in the evenings, maybe powered by a mechanism that uses the rowing motion. Another idea could be to use the internal circular movement to generate electricity and charge a power bank.
