1.The promotion runs from June 12 to June 28, 2026. During this period, all customers who place orders on this website receive an additional discount on the promotional price. Purchases outside this period do not qualify for the promotional offer.
2. After placing an order, you cannot change the requested order or the selected quantity. We recommend that you contact us to withdraw the wrong order and place a new order for the items you want on our website.
3. After the product has been shipped, the shipping method cannot be changed.
4. If a customer wants to cancel the order after placing an order on JOROTO, please contact the JOROTO official store by email within 24 hours. Please note that we cannot process cancellations if the order has already been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
5. Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason, except for company purchase orders, which may not be refunded.
